NOTES:
· FYI….we will be closed Sunday, July 4 for Yoga, but a workshop (Three & a Half Simple Truths to Help You Live a More Joyful Life) and private healing appointments (by returning teacher Kathy Ford) will be available. See details below.
· Fun with Chi – Tai Chi/QiGong will change from every Thursday to every 4th Thursday of the month. The next class will be Thursday, July 22 at 5:30pm. You must RSVP.
· Our 6:00pm Monday Pre-Natal class has expanded to include non-pregnant individuals for Gentle Hatha Yoga.
· Sign up now for Radiant Child Teacher Training Certification Program, July 23,24,25. The Deadline for Reduced Cost has been extended to July 21.
