QiGong: An internal Chinese meditative practice which often uses slow graceful movements

Kundalini Yoga ~ Thursdays 10a ~ Zen Wellness Center
A form of exercise and meditation promoting mental, spiritual and physical wellbeing and can be
described as a science using exercises such as breathing, sound, postures and meditation.
The intended result is the achievement of your highest form of consciousness.
Kundalini is a concentrated form of prana or life force, lying dormant in the root chakra,
at the base of spinal column. When this force is “awakened”, it springs upwards from one chakra
to another until it arises on the top chakra (Sahasrara). At this level the yogi experiences mystical
states of consciousness of indescribable ecstasy and the duality is transcended.
This is the main goal in Kundalini Yoga.
