Teleconference Call Guidelines:

When you join the call, please place your phone on “mute” either by using the mute button on your phone, or by pressing *6.  On teleconference call lines, sound is greatly magnified and reducing the number of lines heard on the call vastly increases the sound quality. Towards the end of the call, if you have a question to ask you may then un-mute your phone, by pressing the “mute” button again or by using *7.

Please do not use the speakerphone setting on your phone, or call in using a cell phone as these can create a considerable echo or other sound distortion on the call.
