Special Kundalini Yoga Event

Saturday, July 24th 10am to 1pm

Kundalini Yoga awakens our higher destiny and actually delivers it to us on a silver platter- immediately and deeply! In this special 2 ½ to 3 hour extended class led by Sadhu we will awaken the higher light of our true selves with powerful movement, magic mantras, breath-work, sacred dance and meditation. The session will end with a 30 minute lying-down relaxation with the transportive sounds of the ancient gong.

Sadhu, a resident teacher of Miami for 8 years and The Standard’s first Director of Yoga, received his spiritual name studying in India at the feet of the Master of Kundalini Yoga- Yogi Bhajan. He has studied Yoga and Meditation for most of his life all over the world and throughout India and Tibet. By the grace of many awakened teachers & teachings above him, Sadhu lives to empower others with the art and beauty of yoga’s blessings.
