NBCC invites you to attend a webinar focused on the impact of health care reform on breast cancer and learn what actions you can take this August while Congress is in recess.

Mayra Alvarez, Director of Public Health Policy in the Office of Health Reform at HHS, will provide an overview of the key elements in the Affordable Care Act as they have been implemented, along with some additional changes on the horizon. Topics to be covered include pre-existing conditions, annual and lifetime caps, rescissions and more.NBCC

NBCC President Fran Visco will then outline NBCC's perspective on the critical components of the Act and the important role NBCC plays in the implementation process. She also will offer simple tools you can use locally to educate your community about the Affordable Care Act and actions to take during the August recess.
